Ceph is a scalable, open-source storage platform that provides unified object, block, and file storage.

RTE contributes to Ceph by submitting patches for issues detected while working on the SEAPATH project.

Examples:

• do not update Debian cache when package-install is disabled
• cephadm.py: add timemaster to timesync services list
• do not use update debian cache or try to install packages when package-install is disabled
